Understand the Mobile Sync Queue (Don't Lose Unsent Reports)
When a technician works with weak or no signal, completed reports wait in the app's sync queue until they can upload. Handled right, nothing is lost. Handled wrong, a whole day of reports can disappear.
The One RuleNever log out or delete/reinstall the app while reports are waiting in the queue. Logging out can permanently erase unsent reports.
Getting a Stuck Queue to Send- Get the phone on strong WiFi.
- Open the app and leave it in the foreground — give the queue a few minutes.
- Open the Sync Queue and manually attempt to resync
- Open the item and take screenshots to prepare for losing the data
- Update the app to the latest version if it still won't send (don't log out to do this — update from the App Store/Play Store directly).

Techs can complete reports offline all day; they'll upload when signal returns. Time stamps record when work was done, not when it synced. [CONFIRM]
