Send Bulk Appointment Reminders and Service Reports

Bulk Appointment Reminders

Send reminder emails/texts to many customers at once from the schedule/appointment list by selecting the appointments and choosing the notification action under Bulk Actions. Reminders require each customer to have a valid email (or mobile number for texts) on their profile.

"Customers do not have valid contact information" — but they do?

This error usually means the contact info isn't in the Profile for the customer or the texting is not enabled. Check for that and if its still not working send your request with the customer name to POM Support

Service Reports

Under the Services Page, you can check the customers and use the Bulk Actions to send the Email or Text with the service details and service photos.
