You can utilize the bottom of a completed service report. You can update the message at the bottom of each Emailed Service Report sent. To do so:
Settings > Communications > Service report customer email-Closing message
This message will appear every time you email a service report to a customer. You can include links to surveys, reviews, and any other text you wish to appear.
