Print Schedules, Appointments, and Service Reports

 

  • Route sheets for techs: Appointment List - use the checkboxes then Bulk Actions - Print Appointments. Filter the schedule to one technician/day first, then print as needed
  • Service report: open the completed report (Service tab) and use your browser's Print (Cmd/Ctrl+P) — choose Save as PDF for a file copy.
  • Schedule / appointment list: print the filtered view from your browser. If the layout cuts off, switch the browser print dialog to Landscape and enable "Background graphics."
