Outage: Cannot Access or Login

If you navigate to your company's website (xxx.poolofficemanager.com) and encounter an error message such as Error, 502, 504, or any other issue that hinders your ability to log in and access your software.

  • Please report an urgent request here: https://poolofficemanager.com/outage/
  • Call POM at 614-710-0074 Extension 2 for Emergency Support
    • Leave a message and this will page the POM team 24/7

 

If you can access your login page, and it displays the correct company name but cannot log in:

  • Try the Forgot Password link
  • Send an email to help@poolofficemanager.com. Make sure to include your software URL, phone, email and pictures if possible.
