Steps

  1. Create the quote and send it by email or text. The customer signs online.
  2. Quotes waiting on a signature are easy to spot, and you can resend in a click.
  3. Once it's signed, click Create Appointment. Only approved line items come along.
  4. After the tech completes the service report, the job is on Billing, ready to invoice.
