Common Issues
Reset Email Not Arriving
1. Check spam/junk folder - The email may have been filtered.
2. Verify email address - Make sure the account uses the email you expect.
3. Wait a few minutes - Email delivery can take up to 5 minutes.
4. Contact support - If still not received after 15 minutes, email help@poolofficemanager.com.
Reset Link Expired
Password reset links expire after 24 hours. If your link has expired, return to the login page, click "Forgot Password" again, and request a new reset link.
"Email Not Found" Error
This means no account exists with that email address. Either you're using a different email than what's registered, your admin hasn't created your account yet, or there's a typo in the email address. Contact your admin to verify your account email.
