How to Manage Appointments in POM
The Appointments section in Pool Office Manager helps you manage all scheduled service visits.
Accessing Appointments
- Click Appointments in the left sidebar
- The appointment list displays all scheduled appointments
Understanding the Appointment List
The list shows:
- Customer name and address
- Scheduled date and time
- Assigned technician
- Appointment status
- Service type
Creating New Appointments
- Click the + New Appointment button
- Select a customer (or create new)
- Choose appointment type (One-time, Recurring, Repair)
- Set date, time, and duration
- Assign a technician
- Add service notes
- Click Save
Appointment Types
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| One-time | Single scheduled visit |
| Recurring | Repeating on a schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) |
| Repair/Service Call | On-demand repair or special service |
Filtering Appointments
Use the filter options to narrow your view:
- Date Range - Show appointments within specific dates
- Technician - Filter by assigned tech
- Status - Filter by Open, Completed, Cancelled
- Service Type - Filter by appointment type
Appointment Status Workflow
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Scheduled | Appointment is planned |
| In Progress | Technician has started |
| Completed | Service finished |
| Cancelled | Appointment cancelled |
| Rescheduled | Moved to new date/time |
Editing Appointments
- Click on any appointment in the list
- Make changes to details
- Click Save
Bulk Actions
Select multiple appointments to:
- Reassign to different technician
- Change status
- Reschedule
- Delete
