How Technician Location Tracking Works

The Activity page can show technician GPS location — here's what's actually tracked, and what it costs your battery.

When is location tracked? While the technician is actively using the app — not around the clock. This is when the App is opened in the forground
Who sees it? Admins, on the Activity page.
Battery: continuous GPS costs battery. If a tech's phone is draining fast, check the app's location permission is set to "While Using" rather than "Always." If the setting won't stay off, update the app and report it — a toggle reverting is a bug, not a policy.
