Getting Started with Pool Office Manager

Pool Office Manager (POM) is a comprehensive software solution designed specifically for pool service companies. This guide will help you get familiar with the main features and navigation.

 

**Logging In**

 

Access POM through your web browser at your company's POM URL. Enter your username and password provided by your administrator.

 

**Main Navigation**

 

The left sidebar provides access to all major modules:

• **Schedule** - Gantt-style dispatch view, Map view, and Calendar for managing technician routes

• **Appointment** - List view of all appointments with filtering options

• **Invoicing** - Invoice management including QuickBooks integration
