Creating Appointments

Create Appointment
  1. Go to customer's profile > Click "Appointment"
  2. Add in the mandatory fields such as customer and type. Feel free to add additional details such as the technician, time, inventory items, notes, etc
  3. Change the frequency if you want to make the appointment a recurring event.
  4. Modify Billing as needed.
  5. Click "Save" to schedule appointment.
