Complete Guide to Customer Management
The Customers section is your central hub for managing all customer information in Pool Office Manager.
Accessing Customers
- Click Customers in the left sidebar
- The customer list displays all accounts
Customer List Features
- Search - Find customers by name, address, or phone
- Filters - Filter by status, tags, route, or technician
- Sort - Sort by name, date added, or last service
- Export - Export customer data to CSV
Creating New Customers
- Click + New Customer button
- Fill in required information: customer name, contact information (phone, email), service address, billing address (if different)
- Set billing preferences
- Add any tags
- Click Save

Customer Tags
Tags help organize customers:
- Create custom tags (VIP, Problem Account, Referral Source, etc.)
- Apply multiple tags per customer
- Filter customer list by tags
- Use in reporting
Editing Customer Information
- Click on customer name to open profile
- Click Edit or click directly on the field
- Make changes
- Changes auto-save or click Save
