Bulk Operations: Track and Audit Every Batch Change
What it is
Bulk Operations is the central audit log for every batch action taken in POM — bulk appointment changes, bulk exports, bulk invoice updates, and any other multi-record operation. Each run is recorded with who started it, when, how many records were processed, and how many succeeded vs. failed.
The list view
Each row shows:
- Operation — an optional name you can give the run (click Add name to label it)
- Type — what the operation did (e.g. Service Export, Appointment Update)
- Date — when it ran
- Total / Success / Failed — record counts at a glance
- Status — Pending, In Progress, Completed, Completed w/ Errors, Failed, or Cancelled
- Started by — the user who launched it
Filtering
- Search by operation name or type
- Status dropdown narrows to a single status (e.g. only Failed runs)
- Date range picker — defaults to today; click to expand or use the Today shortcut
- The column toggle on the right lets you show or hide columns
Operation detail panel
Click any row to open a side panel showing:
- Status, type, and total duration
- Who started the run
- A green/red results bar with Succeeded and Failed counts
- A download icon next to export-type runs — re-download the file any time without re-running the operation
Why this matters
Every bulk action is now traceable. If a teammate ran a bulk update and you need to know exactly what changed (or which records errored), open Bulk Ops, find the run, and the audit is complete.
