Steps
- Open Schedule and switch to Week or Week Overview to see the whole week.
- Recurring appointments already appear on their days.
- Switch to Day view and drag one-time jobs, new customers and repairs into open time on a tech's row.
- Each tech's row shows their job count and hours, so you can see who has room before you commit.
