Reporting a Problem or Bug in Pool Office Manager

If you’re experiencing an issue that seems like a software bug or technical problem, please follow these steps to help us diagnose and resolve it quickly:

  • Take a screenshot or screen recording showing the issue.
  • Describe the issue in detail, including the steps taken that led to the problem.
  • Specify which user(s) is experiencing the issue (if applicable).
  • Include the date and time the issue occurred, if known.

2. Additional Details for Mobile App Issues

If the problem is happening on the mobile app, please also include:

  • Phone model (e.g., iPhone 14, Samsung Galaxy S22)
  • Operating system (Apple/iOS or Android)
  • App version number (Go to Menu in the app and look for a version number, e.g., 3.53)
  • Does the issue happen on one device or multiple devices?
