The Billing page provides a centralized view of billing status for each customer. It allows users to review services rendered, track billing readiness, filter billing records, and create invoices directly from the billing list.
Accessing the Billing Page

From the main navigation menu, click on Billing.

The system redirects you to the Billing Page.
Billing Page Overview
The Billing page displays:

A Search Bar

7 Filters for refining billing records

A Total Summary showing the combined billing amount for the selected date or date range

A Billing Table listing customer billing information

A Legacy Billing button for older records

Legacy Billing

Clicking the Legacy Billing button redirects you to the legacy billing page.
Billing Table Details
The billing table displays billing-related information for each customer, including:

Customer information

Services used
-
Upcoming appointments (if any)

Service types

Assigned worker

Work status
-
Estimated total amount
-
Create Invoice button for each customer row
Clicking the Create Invoice button allows you to generate an invoice for the selected customer.
Search and Filters
Search Bar

Allows entering text to search billing records.

Results appear if the entered text matches any billing record.
Date Picker

Filters billing results based on a selected date or date range.
Today Button

Sets the date filter to the current date and displays today’s billing results.
Billing Status Filter

Filters results based on the billing status of each customer.
Customer Status Filter

Filters results based on whether the customer is ready to be billed.
Service Type Filter

Filters results based on the service that was rendered.
Tags Filter

Filters billing records using assigned tags.
Workers Filter

Filters results based on the selected worker or workers.
Upcoming Appointments Toggle

The Upcoming Appointments toggle displays upcoming appointments when enabled.

When turned on, billing records include visibility into scheduled future services for each customer.
