Mobile App Troubleshooting
If you're using the mobile app:
Jobs are not Syncing
1.Connect to quality cell service or wifi on your device
2. Menu > Sync Queue - Try to manually re-sync any job(s) in the queue
3. If needed, screenshot the oldest job in the sync queue and delete it,
this may unblock the sync queue and enable all other jobs to sync.
Note: You will need to resubmit the deleted job.
Other App Issues

Make sure you’ve installed the latest version of the app.

Log out, fully close the app, then log back in.
Note: Logging out will delete any unsynced data in the queue. -
