Accessing Service History from the Mobile App
View past service records and treatment history from the field
When technicians are in the field, they often need to review what was done at a property during previous visits. The POM mobile app makes it easy to access a customer's complete service history directly from your phone or tablet.
How to Access Service History
1. Open the POM mobile app and navigate to your Schedule
2. Tap on the appointment you're about to service
3. Tap the "Start" button to begin the job
4. Once in the active job view, you'll see a "Recent Services" section
What You Can View
The Recent Services section displays:
- Date of each previous service visit
- Type of service performed
- Name of the technician who completed the work
- Any notes or observations recorded
- Chemical treatments and readings from past visits
To see full details of any past service, tap "View Report" next to that entry. This opens the complete service report including all readings, photos, and technician notes.
Why This Matters
Having quick access to service history helps technicians:
- Understand recurring issues at the property
- See what chemicals were used previously
- Review notes from other technicians
- Provide better continuity of service for customers
This feature is especially valuable when servicing a route for a colleague or when addressing customer questions about past work.
